He is survived by: his wife Joyce Page Simmons; his children, John Simmons (Teri), Joyce Simmons and Billie Jo Simmons; and his siblings, Neil Adams (Pam), Richard Russell, Jacque Kuizin and Dawn Prince. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bush Funeral Home of Elbridge (120 E Main St, Elbridge, NY 13060). The military honors will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
