He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Youngs and Gloria Perry Youngs; his wife Pamela Hartsock Youngs; and his brothers, Lawrence, William "Bill" and Chistopher Youngs.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Youngs (Pam) and Carol Chase (John); and his nephew Andrew Hartsock.
