He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Schummer and Dorothy Dombroski Schummer; his sons, Michael Schummer (Sarah Fleming) of Jordan, NY and Andrew Schummer; his grandsons, Christopher and Matthew; his siblings, Susan Buel, Leslee Rigoli and Gary Schummer; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Wiltse; and his son David Schummer. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
