He is survived by: his children, Richard B. Jack, Jr. (Susan) of Jordanville and Carol Jack of Mohawk; his grandchildren, Richard Jack, Danielle Jack and Garrett Jack; and his great grandchildren, Addie Whaley, Jace Jack and Sophie Jack. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
