She was predeceased by: her brother Matthew. She is survived by: her husband Neil; her son Max; her sister Gena Gallinger; her parents, Sandra Wohlberg and Joseph Harnett; and her stepparents, Cliff Wohlberg and Elaine Harnett.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clark Associates Funeral Home (4 Woodsbridge Rd, Katonah, NY 10536). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Weil Cornell and Northern Westchester Hospitals in Phoebe's honor.
