With sadness, we share the passing of Wendell Bruce Wells (Keene Valley, New York). Wendell, born on October 18, 1940, passed away on September 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Wells (Kilburn) and Aubrey "Buck" Wells; his sister Diane; and his brother-in-law Richard Van Wormer. He is survived by: his children, Robert Wells (Jennifer) of Scottsdale, Arizona and Leona Rapelye (Peter) of Roswell, Georgia; his grandsons, Brandon and Nathaniel "Nate" Wells; and his brother Kent Wells (Melissa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Norton Cemetery. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Ausable Inn (1809 NY-73, Keene Valley, NY 12943).
