He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Blaise and Margaret Blaise (Rougeau). He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Apperson (James) of Dannemora and Valerie Gebo (Alan) of Plattsburgh; his grandchildren, Justin Blaise (Sadie Duncan) of Keeseville, Jason (Theresa Chase), Johnny (Taylor Chase), Cory Worden of Plattsburgh and Alandra (Tyler Macnamara); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Max, Autumn, Lenley, Micah and Sawyer.
