She is survived by: her husband Austin O'Connor; her daughter Susan; her brother Michael McDonough (Bonnie); her brother-in-law John Giroux; her cousin Mary Ann Van Alystyne; her nieces and nephews, Jim McDonough, Bill McDonough (Laura), Mike Fisch (Debbie), David Fisch, Jennifer Downs, Kate Downs (Tami), Amy Nyhart (Tim) and Lisa St. Pierre; her pet Maggie; her siblings, Mary Ellen "Squeak" McDonough, Jean Downs, Patricia Fisch, Susan Giroux, James McDonough (Danny) and Colin McDonough; her siblings-in-law, Barbara McDonough, Peg McDonough, Michael Downs and Robert Fisch; and her nephew Scott McDonough.

Kathleen asked that memorial donations be made to the Keeseville Volunteer Fire Department, the Keeseville Free Library, or CATS Rescue and Adoption Services—three causes that were close to her heart.
