He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jacques and Jeanne Jacques Sr. (Evertsen). He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Jacques Jr. of Cohoes, NY, Scott Jacques (Kristine) of Gansevoort, NY and Brian Jacques (Tracie) of Elmira, NY.; and his close friends, Sabrina and Trevor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
