We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2026, at the age of 88, Robert Hanley Sr. of Keeseville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Hanley, and Jennie Hanley, Sr. (Finalyson); his siblings, Carmen, Helen, Kathleen, Kay and Rodney; and his grandson Sawyer Parrish.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Robert, Jr. (Cheri) and Krystal Bessey; his grandchildren, Emily Pirvan (John), Brennan Parrish, Brad Hanley (Allie), Cassie (Kellan) and Nathan Hanley (Emily); his great grandchildren, Junior, Makenna, Makinlee, Mia Pirvan, Isaac and Emmett Hanley; and his siblings, Peggy Passino and Ronald.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (124 Clinton St, Keeseville, NY 12944). A prayer was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel (124 Clinton St, Keeseville, NY 12944). A burial was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at the Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Robert James "Bucky" Hanley, Sr. may be made to the Independent Baptist Church, 2030 Rt 22, Keeseville, NY 12944.
