Duane Schepler Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Duane Schepler (Kendall, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Duane left this world on December 9, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Schepler and Lois Schepler (Klinke); his parents-in-law, Dan and Jean Webster; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Webster, Fred Gilman, John Sorg and Roxy Webster.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Schepler (Webster); his children, Adam Schepler (Tina) and Trisha Anderson (Rob); his grandchildren, Ashley Schepler (Nicholas Salway), Greg Schepler (Molly), Hannah Anderson and Connor Anderson; his siblings, David Schepler (Diane) and Cheryl Fishbaugh (Kurt); and his sisters-in-law, Alma Gilman, Cathy Terwilliger (Bill) and Sharlene Sorg (Stormy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Concordia Lutheran Church (1769 Kendall Rd, Kendall, NY 14476). Although he retired, the casino community drew him back after COVID, and he continued working there until his passing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Duane's name to Concordia Lutheran Church of Kendall or to a charity of your choice.
