She is survived by: her husband John Rutkowski; her children, David Jarvis and Joelyn Jarvis (Donald); her stepchildren, Heather Lohrman (Andrew) and Jonathan Rutkowski (Melissa); her grandchildren, Alexis, Brandon, Taylor, Angelina, Ryan, Ellie of Tyler, AJ and Harley; her great grandchild Alanna; and her brother Gino Martelli. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
