He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline A. Panzica; his parents, Saverio Panzica and Carmela Panzica; and his sister Connie Panzica. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Ann Panzica; and his grandsons, Jack and Blake Bevilacqua.
