She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Gardner; her son Kenneth Gardner; her parents, Maurice R. Wilmarth and Margaret Wilmarth; and her sister Inez Miller (David).
She is survived by: her children, Gary (late Pete), Steven (Kathy), Susan Barone (Chris) and Kevin (Karen); her sister-in-law Kathryn Dunshie (late David); and her grandchildren, Jason, Daniel, Joshua, Thomas, Steven, David, Christopher Jr., Samantha, Jacob and Allison. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and many adored nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Carolyn's memory to a charity of your choice.
