She was predeceased by: her brother Bruce. She is survived by: her son Peter Mediak (Kristy); and her siblings, Tracey Leshney (Rich), Jason Mediak, Zack Mediak (Lana), Christopher Mediak, Gregg, Mick, Kathie Miller (Mark), Lisa Duchscherer (late Mike) and Linda Mediak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
