He was predeceased by: his sister Donna Fogle; and his brother-in-law Edward Reisman. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Fogle; his siblings, Nancy Bolender (late Richard), Janice May (Diego) and Gary Fogle (Jane); and his sister-in-law Joan Howells (Michael). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
