She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard P. Woitas; her daughter Cindy Fohrd (Donald); and her siblings, Richard Kijanka (late Alfreda) and Alfreda Madej (late Raymond). She is survived by: her son Paul B. Woitas; her grandchildren, Brandon, Adam Woitas, Kim and Christian Fohrd; and her sibling Helcia Kuchta (late Henry).
