Nathan Roger Herendeen Obituary
We bid farewell to Nathan Roger Herendeen of Kenmore, New York, born in Canandaigua, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 2, 2025 at the age of 83. Nathan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Herendeen and Leora Herendeen (Allen); his daughter Deborah Herendeen Hawk; his son-in-law Joseph Sapienza; and his siblings, Allen, George, James, Margaret Hartsough, Alice Brouse, Charles, Richard and Clarence.
He is survived by: his wife Burniece Sadler Herendeen; his daughters, Cynthia Herendeen of Queens and Marcia Nguyen (Chi); his son-in-law Steven Hawk of Florida; his grandchildren, Julia, Natalie Sapienza, Minh and Tai Nguyen; his brother Stanley Herendeen (Karen Palmer) of Rochester; and his siblings-in-law, Emma Herendeen of Maryland, Joanne Herendeen of Texas, Evelyn Sadler (late Harry Sadler) of Farmington and James Sadler (Sharon) of Florida. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home (4521 Main St, Gasport, NY 14067). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Covenant United Church of Christ (4449 Main St, Gasport, NY 14067). A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the North Farmington Friends Cemetery.
