She was predeceased by: her husband George V. Klostermann Sr.; her son George Klostermann Jr.; and her sister Delores Patskin. She is survived by: her children, Thomas V. Klostermann and Karen Klostermann (Michael Daigler); her grandchildren, Allison and Abigail (Cody Huffman); her siblings, Robert Bujalski (Loretta), James Bujalski (Joanie) and Clemens Bujalski Jr.; and her friends, Gladys Guize and Audrey Pawlowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo Foundation.
