He is survived by: his wife Debra Pembleton (Latham); his children, Leah Kubik (Rich), Jennifer Whitmire (Brian) and Jodie Pembleton; his grandchildren, Brittney Kubik, Desiree Kubik, Jacie Kubik, Destiny Whitmire, Brian Whitmire, Madilyn Whitmire, Ryan Veltri Jr., Paislee Veltri and Sophia Veltri; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Alaycia and Violet. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews.
