He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Thomas and Dorothy Jones Thomas; his wife Deborah L. Thomas; and his brothers, Melvin and Richard Thomas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Hines (Ned Dean) and Stacy Rupczyk (Jason); his grandchildren, Erika Hines, Kaitlyn Hines, Zane Rupczyk and Willow Rose Rupczyk; his great grandchildren, Emma Salvaggio and Kohen Sample; and his brother Charles Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
