It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter M. Bogert Jr. of Kerhonkson, New York, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Bogert and Amelia Bogert (Doremus); his former life partner Charlca Bogert; and his son David Christopher Bogert. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Dennett; his children, Dixie Saxe, Carol Lynne Heger (Lynn), Holly VanBeek (Dale), Ward Lawrence Bogert (Pam), Neil Bogert (Shannon) and Scott Bogert (Mary); his stepdaughters, Suzanne Beilman (Joe) of Kerhonkson and Kathleen Hranowsky of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Niki Decker (Joe), Michael Saxe (Beth), Amy Saxe, John Heger (Cindy), Katie Hahn (Randy), Jennie Tuttle (Bob), Matthew Heger (Amanda), Nathan Heger, Kelly Hixon (Charles), Laura VanBeek, Amanda VanBeek, Brian VanBeek (Marissa), Nathan VanBeek (Lauren), Maegan Smally (Kraigen), Katie Ingram, Jackson Ingram, Stephanie Bogert, Jaden Bogert, Nicholas Bogert, Krista Usko, Brian Beilman (Erika), William Still, Emma Still and Zachary Still. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
