She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Matthews, Sr.; her sisters, June Donohue and Maryellen Ely; her siblings-in-law, Muriel Tesseyman and John Donohue; and her parents, Katherine Duggan and Peter Duggan.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Lyons (Michael) and John Matthews, Jr. (Patricia); her granddaughters, Brianna Lyons (Matthew Hergett) and Kristin Lyons (Patrick McHale); her sister Patricia Christensen (Frank); and her family Irish. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
