She is survived by: her children, Thomas Horvath and Emily Horvath; her parents, Eileen Higgins and Thomas Higgins; and her sister Amy Higgins (Jim Reynolds). She is also survived by her family, a partner, numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodstock Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice, the Key West Sunrise Rotary Club of Key West, or the Key West Military Affairs Committee (MAC).
