He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Smith, Sr. and Earlene Green; and his siblings, Johnny Simmons and Sarah Mackins. He is survived by: his siblings, Willie Smith, Jr. of Kingston, Joseph Smith of Kingston, James Smith of Louisiana, Evalina Simmons of Kingston, Rita Worthington of Kingston and Andrea VanDyke of Kingston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
