He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Pump-Rivera; his grandparents, Fredrick Pump and Margaret Pump; his children, Cory, Cody Necketopoulos, Harmony Rivera and Carlos Samuel Rivera; and his godsons, J'amori James Douglas and Raymond Robinson.
He is survived by: his father Carlos J. Rivera; his close friend Brynn; his brothers, David R. Rivera and Robert L. Rivera; and his wife Melanie Sickler Justina M. Rivera.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Revealed Church (205 NY-28, Kingston, NY 12401). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Montrepose Cemetery (75 Montrepose Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
