He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scully and Helen Scully (Slater); his close friend Margaret Scully; his daughter Caroline Curtis; and his brother Patrick Scully.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Scully, Jr. of Rosendale, Edward Scully of Kingston, Hope Clark (Marshall) of Leesburg and Peggy Sue Alpaugh (Norman) of Rosendale; and his siblings, Carol, Marguerite, Clyde and Bill. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
