He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Finch and Martha Finch (Dumond); his son John Finch; and his siblings, Henry Dumond, Elizabeth Stoutenburg, Clarence H. Finch, Harvey Finch, John Finch, Philip H. Finch (Homer), Jane Brink, Sarah Finch, Edna Miller, Milton R. Finch and George H. Finch.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Finch (Steinhilber); his son Charles L. Finch (Tammi); his granddaughter Karisa Warcholak (Michael); his stepgranddaughters, Claudia Foster (Kyle) and Victoria Carbone; and his stepgreat-grandson Cameron James Foster.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
