He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E., Sr. and Cora Pendell (Constable); and his siblings, William Pendell, Michael Pendell and Margaret Roosa.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Pendell; his children, Melissa Stoutenburg (Bill) and Charles E. Pendell III; his grandchildren, Robert E. Stoutenburg and Paige Elizabeth Stoutenburg; his sister RoseMarie Bonse; Thomas Pendell.
