He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Martino; his daughter Brittany Sinsabaugh; his stepdaughters, Jill Benson (John), Jo Ann Cotich (Chris) and Julie Kogut; his grandchildren, Mateo, DJ, Leo, Robert, Jade, Harper and Kai; his sister-in-law Maggie Rodden; and his nephew Bill Rodden.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Montrepose Cemetery (75 Montrepose Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
