She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. McGowan and Mary McGowan (Hines); her husband John Thomas Schoonmaker, Jr.; and her son John Thomas Schoonmaker, III. She is survived by: her children, Michael Schoonmaker and Lorri Perry (Paris); her grandchildren, Schuyler Schoonmaker, Jordan Hargrave (Sam), John T. Schoonmaker, IV, Steven Schoonmaker, Jonah Perry and Grace Perry; and her great grandchild Finley Hargrave. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
