He is survived by: his friend Janette Downes of Kingston, NY; his daughter Yolanda Hazell of Laurel, MD; his sister Verna D. H. Lomax of Mt. Marion, NY; his granddaughters, Tymika Hazell of Newport News, VA and Alicia Hazell of Hampton, VA; his great grandchildren, Malachi, Lanisa and Amara; his nieces, Sharemah Lomax and Briannah Lomax of Kingston, NY; and his nephew Clyfford Hazell (Roseanne) of Roselle, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
