She was predeceased by: her father Harold Curlin; her husband John Klonowksi; her brother Dennis Curlin; and her pet Samson. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Curlin (Stephano); her sons, Christos Zanos, Jr. (Lee Ann) and Larry Hoyt (Thais); her brother Danny "Deac" Curlin (Michele); and her grandchildren, Alissa, Zachary, Devin, Gabrianna, Michael and Amelia.
