She was predeceased by: her husband Robert McSpirit; her significant other Hazel Houghtaling (Deyo); her son John McSpirit; and her sisters, Grace Houghtaling Weber Swarthout and Viola Ella Houghtaling Harris.
She is survived by: her significant other Bernhardt Kramer; her son Dennis McSpirit (Karen); her grandchildren, Meredith, Sara Anne and Garrett; her great grandchildren, Jaeylah, Mia, Silas and Josalyn; her children, Monte Kramer (Karen), Howard Kramer and Patti Jeanne Kramer Hivner (Robert); her grandsons, Jeremy Hivner (Stephanie) and Mitchell Hivner (Gabriella); her great grandchild Emilio; her niece Donna Lee Terwilliger (late Bruce); and her great-nieces, Tracey Terwilliger and Vikki Longo. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
She was also involved with many clubs and organizations including; RSVP, Girl Scouts of America and Ulster BOCES Nursing Advisory Board.
