It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Rowe of Kingston, New York, born in Hurley, New York, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Stauble and Margaret Stauble (Howard); her son Chip Rowe (Susan); her sons-in-law, Ted Houghton and Duane North; and her siblings, Howard Stauble, Charles Stauble and Marianne Havens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Houghton, Suzanne North, Luanne Simon (Steve), Peggyann VonWerder (Ronald), Bethann Dinga (Allen), Maryann Grey (Jonathan), Joanne Miller (Ray) and Frances; her siblings, Catherine McGahan, Margaret Mearns, Paul Stauble, Tommy Stauble and Patty Hall; and her grandchildren, Ted, Shannon, Adam, Jesi, Seth, Duane, Ben, Christa, Bethany, Justin, Brian, Austin, Andrew, Frank, Allen, Emily, Suzanne, Michael, Molly, Zachary, Joshua, Nathan, Corinne, Marissa, Jacob, Megan and Jayla.
