With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Francine Burlingham of Kingston, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perry and Margaret "Carpino" Perry; and her husband Ronald H. Burlingham. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew P. Burlingham (Lindsey) and Tyler J. Burlingham; her sister Sharon Perry Nerone; her nephew Robert J. Nerone (LeAnn); her great-niece Shana M. Nerone; her cousins, Ramon Prusak, Marybeth Shaffer (Jim), Madison Shaffer and Bailey Shaffer; and her siblings-in-law, John H. Burlingham (Nancy) and Melanie S. Burlingham Bailinson (David).
