He is survived by: his friends, Jim McGrath of Angler's Den, Dave Townsend and Mike Messler; his wife Terry; his daughter Sheila (Monica); his siblings, Rick, Bob (Sue), Bette (Barthel) and Manley (Tony); and his cousin Karl Puttlitz (Dianne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
