He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baxter and Olive Baxter (Craig); and his sister Juanita Lent. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Young of Downsville and Mandy Baxter of Downsville; and his siblings, Robert Baxter and Ora Boughton. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery (205 W O'Reilly St, Kingston, NY 12401).
