He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kramer VanAmburgh; his sons, Joseph VanAmburgh (Amy), George VanAmburgh and Anthony VanAmburgh; his siblings, Leroy, Bill VanAmburgh, Gloria Parker, Donna Warren and Margaret Ackerman; his grandchildren, Brett and Gynell VanAmburgh; and his sister Patricia Tenhagen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DiDonato Funeral Home (1290 US-9W, Marlboro, NY 12542). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (5468 Rte 9W, Newburgh, NY 12550).
