She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Gary Smith and Brosia Tracy Yates; her son Daniel Frederick (Scherry); and her husbands, Kingston and N. Y..
She is survived by : her siblings, Amanda Belle (Halfman), Charles Tracy, Phillip, Doran Lillard, Olive May (Hazzard), Viola Ruth (White), Daniel Walter and Mary Evelyn (Nicholson); her former life partner John Richard Smith; her children, Judith Ann, Gary Thomas, Richard Lawrence (late Diane), Jerry Kevin (Kathy), Patricia Lynn, Donna Marie (Serge Samouel), Kathryn Jane and Ronald Francis (late Kathleen); and her grandchildren, John, Shayne, Tisha, Shannon, Jason, Danielle, Jessica, Desiree, Christopher, Kalon, Reizh and Brianna. She is also survived by Several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
