He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Barber, (Garvin) and Hassel Barber, Sr.; and his brothers, Gerald Barber and Larnell "Lonnie" Barber. He is survived by : his siblings, Paul Barber, Roselyn Tention and Victor Tention. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
