He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman George and Elizabeth George (Benjamin); and his brother Larry George. He is survived by : his wife Karen Kane (Tholin); his children, Stacy Cardis (Ronald), Krista Fuller, Jonathan Kane and Benjamin Kane (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily Cardis and MacKenzey Fuller; his siblings, Andy Kane (Debbie), Mary Durcan (John) and Barbara Gaydos (Bob); and his sister-in-law Nancy George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other dear family members.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
