We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2025, at the age of 80, Jack R. Lewis in Kingston, New York, born in Saugerties, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Gertrude Lewis (Young); his siblings, Gloria Bartee and Gary Lewis Sr.; his nephew Shiquan Krouser; and his grandparents, Walter and Lucy Washington.

He is survived by: his children, Nicole Kirby, Jack Lewis Jr. and LaTanya Hill; his grandchildren, Deondre, D'Avian Kirby, Eli and Emanuel Eliodor; and also Vernon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
