He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Sweeney; his daughters, Dr. Patricia Sweeney and Amy Vetter; his son-in-law Brian; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Scala and Ann Sottile. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
