He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Mary Costello Sr. (DeCicco). He is survived by: his siblings, Jacqueline C. Costello-Fontaine (Paul), James A. Costello Jr. (Jo-Anne), John J, Costello (Diane) and Joanne M. Mittleman (Harold). He is also survived by three nieces, five nephews and many great nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
