He is survived by: his wife Patti Holochuck (MacCreery); his children, Jacqueline (Antonio) and Nicholas (Alexis); his grandchildren, Alex, Mia, Shea and Penny; and his siblings, Clifford (Rayne), Darlene (Rene), Jeffrey, Susan and Nordica. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
