She is survived by: her parents, Cathy Swartz (Edwards) and Wayne Lewis, Sr.; her children, Amylah Carlton, Bryson Boler, Journee Lewis and Enzory Lewis; her brothers, Wayne Lewis, Kevin Prosser and Damari Lewis; her aunts, Gwen Jones and Lisa Edwards; and her cousin Marquita Byrd.
