She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Bondarenka (Frank); her grandsons, Jason Bondarenka (Carolyn), David Bondarenka (Lisa) and Taylor Smith; her great grandchildren, William, Henry and Hanna Bondarenka; her niece Beth Kraemer (Bruce); and her nephews, Derryl Baumer (Florence) and Matthew Baumer (Heather). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and dear family members.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church.
