She was predeceased by: her mother MaryEllen; her stepfather Donald DuBois; her father Floyd Halwick; and her nephew Evan Halwick. She is survived by: her husband Michael P. Augustine of Kingston; her son Michael Anthony Augustine (Ashley) of Kingston; her siblings, Linda Boice, Wendy Boice (James), Corey Halwick (Kathy), Joel Halwick (Karen), Harold Halwick (Jill), Donald DuBois (Ginny) and Floyd Halwick (Barbara); and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Augustine (Eileen) and Karen Augustine. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
