He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Duffy and Ruth E. Nielsen (Rowe); his siblings, Sheila A. Constable, Jacquelyn R. Hines and David P. Duffy; his stepfather Jacob Nielsen; and his nephew Sean Constable.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Duffy, Cara Duffy (Daniel Shaffer) and Caitlin Reed (Scott); and his grandchildren, Elliot Shaffer and Vienna Reed. He is also survived by one aunt, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
